PURPOSES: The
specific and fundamental purposes of this organization are:
A. To promote and
provide a forum for education, training and information dissemination and
sharing among member educational institutions relating to computing and JENZABAR
EX products through an annual conference, newsletter and other methods deemed
effective.
B. To promote
collaborative efforts among member educational institutions by encouraging regional
users groups, the use of the Jenzabar EX listservs and other supportive
measures.
C. To provide and
promote focus groups on the JENZABAR EX products and system to generate valuable
feed-back on the product's performance and to provide insight into enhancements
needed to make the products and system more valuable to the member educational
institutions.
D. To provide a
structure and mechanism for member educational institutions to inform Jenzabar
of the needs and desires of the association and suggest possible issue resolutions
and product enhancements to Jenzabar.
