The management of the PUG organization is vested in the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for carrying out the objectives and purposes of the organization. The Board of Directors consists of nine (9) PUG members elected by the membership. Also on the Board is a (non-voting) representative from Jenzabar Knoxville to represent it's voice on matters affecting both PUG members and Jenzabar Knoxville. Jenzabar Knoxville's active participation shows the importance of a working partnership between Jenzabar and its customers.
