Membership in PUG is voluntary and open to all employees of institutions who use the products and services of Jenzabar, Inc. and who own a licensed Jenzabar PX product. The umbrella of products is called POISE - People Oriented Information Systems for Education. PUG is an organization governed by and for the membership. Therefore, by becoming a member of PUG, an institution and its representatives are accepting responsibility for the success of our organization. Member responsibilities include:

  1. Actively Participate in Organization Projects - A volunteer organization is only as good as its members. No monetary compensation is given to any PUG member, no matter how much time they give the organization. In order to be totally effective, the organization must rely on the participation of its individual members.
  2. Support of PUG Mission - PUG has a formal Mission Statement by which the products and services it provides are directed.
  3. Concurrence with PUG Bylaws - The Bylaws of PUG must be followed in order to successfully run an organization of our size.
  4. Vote in Organization Elections - All members are encouraged to vote for those fellow members and issues they feel most represent their opinion about the direction the organization should follow.
